Ingredients

• 100% Raw Kerala Nendran Banana.

Preparation

• 1. Mix 2 tablespoons of banana powder with 1 cup of water.
  2. Cook on a medium flame for 5–8 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. Add jaggery if desired. (Do not add honey for babies under 1 year.)
  4. Serve lukewarm.
