Cooking Instruction

Step1

Take 1 Cup of Pancake Mix, Add ¾ cup of Milk, half egg (optional) and make into a smooth Batter. Batter should be thin enough that they can spread without lumps. Properly less than 1/4 inch thick when poured on the griddle.

Step2

Take a Nonstick Pan, Add Butter Pour the Batter. Cook on a medium low heat for 3-4 minutes until one side is done. You will see small bubbles appearing on top of the pancake when the first side is done. Flip over and cook the other side.

Step 3

You can have Golden Brown Pineapple pancake. Enjoy with Syrup, honey or apple puree. Top the yummy Pancake with Your favorite Fruit and Nuts.

Step 4

Then add a pineapple ring in center of pancake and a cherry in center of ring.
